Resolved: No warranty support
I've been using Otterbox cases for my iPhones for over a decade, and it's been a great product - which is why I've purchased it again and again.
However, my most recent purchase for my iPhone 14 Pro started falling apart after only a few months of normal use, and I've been trying for WEEKS to reach warranty support.
When I went to the website to file a claim, after answering a handful of questions, I was directed to call their warranty support number. In addition to their very limited service hours, all I get is 20-30 minutes of on hold music, before I tap out and get on with my life. No updates on where I am in line, or mention of other options to leave a message, etc.
I get the impression that they're dodging their customers - not a good look, as conduct like this literally BEGS loyal customers to consider other suppliers...which I'm doing right now.
STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, UPGRADE YOUR CLAIMS PROCESS OR MODIFY YOUR DECEPTIVE WARRANTY, OTTERBOX!!

Cant get replacement items that i need
I have been trying to get a replacement screen protector and case for my Motorola 5g Stylus 2022. If I still own the device they should honor a replacement for no 7yrs.
I still own the device, I have given them everything they requested. I have never had to take the case and screen on proctor off, take a picture of of them, sign and date. Well I did that, 3 different times. Now they want me to to send the items back.
I no longer can use the screen proctor so I threw it away.
The case I have, it is hard to use the volume up and down and power in off with the case on. I have neen trying to get a replacement since Sept 9th 2023.
This has been ridiculous!!

I'm happy to update my complaint today. I was planning to buy a replacement case from an alternate supplier, however, I decided to first make one more attempt to reach Otterbox, and got through to a live support staff.
He professionally and efficiently addressed my issue and the company is issuing me a replacement case.
Otterbox is in the process of beefing up their support staffing, so I'm sticking with them. Thanks, Otterbox - nice save!
