I was very satisfied with the staff, and she was very courteous. We resolved the issue immediately.
I have no complaints whatsoever. My OtterBox was starting to deteriorate, and as it was under warranty, they took care of things for me.

If you look at the clip on each side, youll see one of them is broken off I take three pictures different angle. Look at all trees and youll see the difference where it broken off and then I call Amazon let Amazon know about the situation.
Amazon set up. I have to call you guys and let you guys know whats happening to the OtterBox case I was not happy with it and then I called you guys think it was today and then you guys look after me and I appreciate it very much.

My case is falling apart

I just had eye surgery but that is no excuse.

Never arrived
Ordered a case and has been pending delivery for over a week. The shippment started with UPS and was then pass to the USPS. I can't find out anything about its whereabouts and of course the already have charged my credit card.

Husband laid phone on truck rail, forgot it and drove off. When he recovered it, it was busted beyond repair.
It still rings, thanks to otter box, we just cant answer it. Can we get any help on another phone.

Verified Reviewer4 consecutive otter box cases all failed at the latch that holds the phone in place. Two were for Samsung s-10 and two for S-22. After 3 weeks, and endless hold time, I reached an agent who said he
I needed my credit card to charge shipping for my warranty replacement case, an estimated $10. This is not the way to honor a warranty.
I refused his offer.
Do not buy their products! The warranty is worthless, as is the product.

The pocket clip doesn't hold the phone securely and it fell off. This is the second time in a month.
I'm tired of fixing my phone. This Otterbox is supposed to protect my phone. This is going to be another $130.00. That's $260.00 USD.
I'm very unhappy with this product. I want the money back that I spent on repairs.

Very poor QA and even worse warranty after sales service.
I bought a waterproof OtterBox for my iphone14 which showed many signs of premature wear after only 18 months, despite a seven year warranty.
Didnt keep The receipt but by definition it cant be more than 27 months old as thats when that phone was released.
After three very unhelpful emails from their Asia pacific HQ, my phone case still hasnt been replaced.
They are hiding behind the fact that I dont have a receipt ( but do have a credit card statement to prove the purchase!) to avoid replacing their crumby phone case, with a cost to them of less than $30.
They clearly dont value their company and brand reputation!
There are some much better alternatives that are also a lot cheaper such as OAKTREE.
Go yhere and save yourself over $50.

I'm not pissed off; sorry, I am starting to be bothered. First, let me say red flags immediately came up when a company has an option for 'pissed', like it's expecting to *** off everyone or that we are probably going to *** you off.
Before trying to complete your hoops, I thought you were a great company and I've had your products in the past with no issues. Suddenly, your case failed and I'm just trying to get it replaced.
