My otter box broke
I dropped my phone and my case broke and i have been using them for years and have never had this happen and i thought they were guaranteed not to break

Verified ReviewerCase defective cracked broke my phones camera
The case of poor quality started separating from itself the MagSafe, charging part of the case fell apart. My phones camera was cracked and destroyed its functionality from a mild drop from my car to the ground outside.
Definitely not of the high standard you would expect from my company who charges $70 for a phone case you would think that it would hold up at least as much as cheap generic versions that are more durable quality. I went with the OtterBox brand due to quality of the cases that Ive had with them before, but that quality has decimated no stuck with a broken phone that wouldve not broken had it been in a different case not to mention the case itself is completely faulty and falling apart
User's recommendation: Use caution when spending Your hundred dollars on a case of higher cost expecting it to held to a certain build quality in standard. It appears that they’re going cheaper on the durability of the cases they make as opposed to in earlier years, not worth the money.
Broken holder
Sat in my car and broke the holder sometimes when I sit in my car, I hit the holder and it breaks. This is like the third time it broke and Im very happy with your company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Working with customer service. Easy and fast all was taken care of.
My Otterbox case has ripped where you click the phone in the saddle. It is an iPhone 13.
Is there any warranty for this situation? Please advise.

Ordered a new clamp for my OtterBox on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. They sent this little teeny clip wrong one Ive never seen a phone that small and probably a decade.
Do they even look at the order when they shipped them?
I tried the order number online and it said it didnt exist and its printed right on the envelope. It was mailed promptly 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it and wrong

It has woren out where the clasp clips the phone into lock it. It is an Apple 13 phone. Does your warranty cover this type of problem?

I bought a new phone. I need a new iPhone defender case, and they don’t sell it with the clip.
You have to call in supposedly to get a *** belt clip so you can carry your phone around with you.
This is ridiculous. Stupid ***

Horrible product quality. Horrible customer service. No real people.
Have been loyal to Otterbox forever. 18 months ago, bought a purple Defender case and it looked "dirty" after 2 weeks.
As it got worse, I tried everything to clean it with no results. So...I replaced it with a raspberry Defender. Same thing happened, so I Googled, only to find this is a common issue. They cases are actually black, and painted over crappily, and black shoes through quickly.
At 3 months, my case looks completely filthy. I have tried EVERYTHING to reach these people. Personal emails to execs. 2 online form submissions.
Countless hours on the phone with no answer.
Chose twice the callback option, and no one ever called. ABSOLUTE ***

You wait for an hour to reach a human. Get disconnected.
Wait another hour and they don't solve the problem.
The will not provide a phone number for the corporate office or contact information. The only positive about their customer service is it is based in the US and you can understand the call center staff BUT they still do nothing for you!
