I was very satisfied with the staff, and she was very courteous. We resolved the issue immediately.

I have no complaints whatsoever. My OtterBox was starting to deteriorate, and as it was under warranty, they took care of things for me.

I placed an order and hour ago on their site. I quickly realized I ordered the defender case for the regular Pixel 9 and not the XL.

I immediately called them to cancel the first order and replace an order for the correct XL defender case.
The lady tells me it's already shipped and she can't cancel the order.

NONSENSE! It's only been 53 minutes since I placed my order.
Now I have to wait until it comes and go through all the hassle of returning it and waiting for my refund.
Terrible customer service!!!
