I bought a Samsung S8 with an Otterbox Defender case. Unbuttoned my pants to go to the bathroom and the phone came off the clip and hit the floor and broke the screen!!

Otterbox customer NO-service said that they would replace the case or reimburse me the cost of the defender, but wouldn't repair the screen. (the phone still works). I escalated the call to a manager names Jesse. He said our policy is.....and quoted the policy.

This is not acceptable Otterbox.
