Otterbox could not honor their warranty!
I purchased a new Otterbox Defender case on July 7, 2017. On September 9th, 2017 I was wearing it on my belt walking down the street and the Otterbox belt clip broke and my phone fell to the ground.
My phone was undamaged but when I called the Otterbox warranty department, they stated they were discontinuing the Defender for the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 that I owned and could not replace it. I purchased the phone new from Verizon in December of 2015. I purchased the case new from the Fayetteville Cross Creek Mall from a vendor that sells nothing but phone cases. If Otterbox could not replace the case per warranty, then they should have reimbursed the cost of replacing the case off a third party website.
(@ $10-20) from what my search has shown. My next case will be a Life Proof Case.
If I was Peyton Manning I would watch out who I represented. Otterbox does not have high standards.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
