Cracked phone case
Did not have same case.Went with what was available.Prayfully it will serve my purpose and it will work for me. I love the case and am very satisfied with it's performance.

Resolved: Wrong product sent to me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They sent the correct product. Speak with a reporter of the company although it took me quite a while to find out how to do that.
Wrong product sent. No customer support or service available. Your product sucks and you've stolen money from me.

- - One screw will not come out after 20 minutes of trying.
- - Three screws came out easily.
- - I can see a round circle where the screw is.
One of these screws will not come out. I wanted to put my gold screws in three came out easy but one I tried to get it out for 20 minutes, but it will not come out.
I am very dissatisfied. I can see where its a round circle where the screw is.
