I have been trying to get a new cover since February but something always happens. Very frustrated with the process.

- One screw will not come out after 20 minutes of trying.
- Three screws came out easily.
- I can see a round circle where the screw is.
One of these screws will not come out. I wanted to put my gold screws in three came out easy but one I tried to get it out for 20 minutes, but it will not come out.

Bad phone case, was sent wrong replacement
- Replacement iPhone case arrived but was wrong.
- I emailed the company to intercept and send the correct case.
- No response yet; the wrong case arrived.
When I finally got a ship date on my replacement case for my iPhone, I realized it was the wrong case! I immediately reached out through email with the company trying to intercept the shipment and get the right case sent. As of today, I still have not heard anything, and as luck would have it the wrong case showed up at my house.
