Cracked phone case
Did not have same case.Went with what was available.Prayfully it will serve my purpose and it will work for me. I love the case and am very satisfied with it's performance.

Spoke with Larissa and Tonya and a few others maybe five times because my credit card number would not go through the automated system, so I would like you to know who I spoke with and how they treated me with courteous words. I guess I could say being a patron that your automated system just plain sucks, but to say the least, I look forward to your products.

- One screw will not come out after 20 minutes of trying.
- Three screws came out easily.
- I can see a round circle where the screw is.
One of these screws will not come out. I wanted to put my gold screws in three came out easy but one I tried to get it out for 20 minutes, but it will not come out.

Bad phone case, was sent wrong replacement
- Replacement iPhone case arrived but was wrong.
- I emailed the company to intercept and send the correct case.
- No response yet; the wrong case arrived.
When I finally got a ship date on my replacement case for my iPhone, I realized it was the wrong case! I immediately reached out through email with the company trying to intercept the shipment and get the right case sent. As of today, I still have not heard anything, and as luck would have it the wrong case showed up at my house.
