Poor Service on warranty
- - Warranty claim blocked by Chrome-only support and email restrictions.
- - Submitting mobile photos is not possible, causing a loop.
Used several OtterBox's and found them robust. The case of the Galaxy S22 is flimsy and the quality of the materials is a digression from what I expect from them. Rubber broke into pieces from normal daily use.
Rubber shield started breaking apart. Made warranty claim.
Truepix only responds to Chrome browsers. Truepix contact us will not accept email from Gmail or Yahoo, so you can't contact when Chrome won't work. It appears they are making warranty claims impossible to make. I have pictures taken with my cell phone, but there is no way to submit.
It is a never-ending loop of you can't do that. By a product.

Case broken

Still waiting on my items. Haven't received an inspection notification for damaged review. Phone clip won't hold phone because one of the pieces broke off, and the catch on my OtterBox case is broken.

Can’t get my otter box replacement
I spoke with a representative, gave her all my info and warranty info. She set up a link for me to get a replacement OtterBox, but the link just said out of stock, and no further options to resolve this issue.
Out of stock means out of luck for me. I've been a loyal OtterBox customer for many years; hope this doesn't end on a sad note.

Cracked phone case
Did not have same case.Went with what was available.Prayfully it will serve my purpose and it will work for me. I love the case and am very satisfied with it's performance.
Customer service is great just had a problem completing the conversations with other agents. Satisfied with the person I spoke with to complete order.

The OtterBox that came today does not fit my iPhone 13. I needed just the soft rubber one that my iPhone 13 fits in. You guys sent the hard plastic one. It does not fit around my iPhone 13. Please send me a label to send this one back.

Resolved: Wrong product sent to me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They sent the correct product. Speak with a reporter of the company although it took me quite a while to find out how to do that.
Wrong product sent. No customer support or service available. Your product sucks and you've stolen money from me.
