Bottom of the case has split and the protective flap has broken off, causing dust and dirt to accumulate and will not charge properly. I am very disappointed as this case is a replacement for my original case which was the model that was MUCH BEEFIER WITH EXTRA CORNER PROTECTION. I contacted you before with no avail This for I phone 13

A piece broke off. So the phone does not stay reliably in my clip. It tends to fall out and hit the ground.

When I finally got a ship date on my replacement case for my iPhone, I realized it was the wrong case! I immediately reached out through email with the company trying to intercept the shipment and get the right case sent. As of today, I still have not heard anything, and as luck would have it the wrong case showed up at my house.

Plastic lens is cracked, and the rubber around it wore out, and the clip for your belt is broken. I could have three cases with the lines on it and one smooth one. It was actually four cases because I had to buy a new one.

I have been trying to get a replacement for my OtterBox. I have sent a picture and told them where I purchased it.

This was all done on September 9, and I have not got any word back from you guys.

I would like to get a replacement because my husband carries it on a clip, and that one part is broken where you clip the phone to it. Thank you.

After getting my new phone case in the mail the new case was dropped on the ground and my son pulled into the yard with his car he ran it over and crushed the brand new case

The rubber is deteriorating and piece falling off Plastic is chipping at edges and seems to be brittle.

I dropped my OtterBox on concrete and it busted and damage the face guard. I dropped this phone many times but it never broke until now.

First you sent me a case and holster for the OtterBox 16 Pro max instead of the OtterBox 16 Pro. After I called you back you said we made a mistake and we will send you the correct OtterBox. Then you sent only the OtterBox case for the 16 Pro
