Phone case is coming apart
The rubber is deteriorating and piece falling off Plastic is chipping at edges and seems to be brittle.

Bottom of the case has split and the protective flap has broken off, causing dust and dirt to accumulate and will not charge properly. I am very disappointed as this case is a replacement for my original case which was the model that was MUCH BEEFIER WITH EXTRA CORNER PROTECTION. My OtterBox broke. I have a iPhone 16 defender pro
A piece broke off. So the phone does not stay reliably in my clip. It tends to fall out and hit the ground.

Plastic lens is cracked, and the rubber around it wore out, and the clip for your belt is broken. I could have three cases with the lines on it and one smooth one. It was actually four cases because I had to buy a new one.
- Other boxes work great they last a long time and the warranty is great
- Plastic lens scratches too easy

Because I have not been able to get anything done through a text message
I have been trying to get a replacement for my OtterBox. I have sent a picture and told them where I purchased it.
This was all done on September 9, and I have not got any word back from you guys.
I would like to get a replacement because my husband carries it on a clip, and that one part is broken where you clip the phone to it. Thank you.

Broken I phone 16 pro max otter box case
After getting my new phone case in the mail the new case was dropped on the ground and my son pulled into the yard with his car he ran it over and crushed the brand new case

The OtterBox I have is broken
I dropped my OtterBox on concrete and it busted and damage the face guard. I dropped this phone many times but it never broke until now.
Ive had it for several years. Its a great product, but Im trying to find out how to get a hold of another OtterBox to replace it.

My case is falling apart it is in really bad shape as the silicone is crumbing and it no longer will protect my iPhone I know I got the warranty for it from Verizon. You didn’t sent the holster for the iPhone 16 Pro along with the defender case
First you sent me a case and holster for the OtterBox 16 Pro max instead of the OtterBox 16 Pro. After I called you back you said we made a mistake and we will send you the correct OtterBox. Then you sent only the OtterBox case for the 16 Pro

The case of poor quality started separating from itself the MagSafe, charging part of the case fell apart. My phones camera was cracked and destroyed its functionality from a mild drop from my car to the ground outside.
Definitely not of the high standard you would expect from my company who charges $70 for a phone case you would think that it would hold up at least as much as cheap generic versions that are more durable quality. I went with the OtterBox brand due to quality of the cases that Ive had with them before, but that quality has decimated no stuck with a broken phone that wouldve not broken had it been in a different case not to mention the case itself is completely faulty and falling apart
User's recommendation: Use caution when spending Your hundred dollars on a case of higher cost expecting it to held to a certain build quality in standard. It appears that they’re going cheaper on the durability of the cases they make as opposed to in earlier years, not worth the money.
Broken holder
Sat in my car and broke the holder sometimes when I sit in my car, I hit the holder and it breaks. This is like the third time it broke and Im very happy with your company.
