- - Spoke with Larissa, Tonya, and others about credit card issues; they were courteous, and the products are excellent.
Spoke with Larissa and Tonya and a few others maybe five times because my credit card number would not go through the automated system, so I would like you to know who I spoke with and how they treated me with courteous words. I guess I could say being a patron that your automated system just plain sucks, but to say the least, I look forward to your products.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please pass this along. Your products are very excellent. Call me anytime.

My otter box case did not fit properly. Around the volume buttons is hard to push and stretched out of shape.

Damaged
- - One screw will not come out after 20 minutes of trying.
- - Three screws came out easily.
- - I can see a round circle where the screw is.
One of these screws will not come out. I wanted to put my gold screws in three came out easy but one I tried to get it out for 20 minutes, but it will not come out.
I am very dissatisfied. I can see where its a round circle where the screw is.

Bottom of the case has split and the protective flap has broken off, causing dust and dirt to accumulate and will not charge properly. I am very disappointed as this case is a replacement for my original case which was the model that was MUCH BEEFIER WITH EXTRA CORNER PROTECTION. A piece broke off. So the phone does not stay reliably in my clip. It tends to fall out and hit the ground.

Bad phone case, was sent wrong replacement
- - Replacement iPhone case arrived but was wrong.
- - I emailed the company to intercept and send the correct case.
- - No response yet; the wrong case arrived.
When I finally got a ship date on my replacement case for my iPhone, I realized it was the wrong case! I immediately reached out through email with the company trying to intercept the shipment and get the right case sent. As of today, I still have not heard anything, and as luck would have it the wrong case showed up at my house.

- - Plastic lens cracked, rubber wore out, and belt clip is broken.
- - I ended up with four cases, three lined and one smooth, after buying a new one.
Plastic lens is cracked, and the rubber around it wore out, and the clip for your belt is broken. I could have three cases with the lines on it and one smooth one. It was actually four cases because I had to buy a new one.
- Other boxes work great they last a long time and the warranty is great
- Plastic lens scratches too easy

I have been trying to get a replacement for my OtterBox. I have sent a picture and told them where I purchased it.
This was all done on September 9, and I have not got any word back from you guys.
I would like to get a replacement because my husband carries it on a clip, and that one part is broken where you clip the phone to it. Thank you.

After getting my new phone case in the mail the new case was dropped on the ground and my son pulled into the yard with his car he ran it over and crushed the brand new case
