I placed an order and hour ago on their site. I quickly realized I ordered the defender case for the regular Pixel 9 and not the XL.

I immediately called them to cancel the first order and replace an order for the correct XL defender case.

The lady tells me it's already shipped and she can't cancel the order.

NONSENSE! It's only been 53 minutes since I placed my order.

Now I have to wait until it comes and go through all the hassle of returning it and waiting for my refund.

Terrible customer service!!!

The process to make the order for a replacement case was easy, fast, and simple. I really recommend otter box.

I purchased the Otterbox to protect my phone from damage in case of an accident, the Otterbox is not an inexpensive product. My phone fell less than one foot off of my couch and my iPhone cracked to pieces.

I had to go out and purchase a brand new iPhone due to the Otterbox being a worthless purchase and doesn't do what it says it would do.

I will warn all my family and friends that the Otterbox is not worth the price you pay. Buyer beware.

LONG TERM REVIEW

My first case was returned under warranty (as I thought it was a one off lemon), but the second case did the same without sustaining abuse (just regular wear and tear). I doubt any review above 1 star was any kind of long term review.

They will "return under warranty" but require you to pay them for shipping.

Otterbox USED to be amazing, with unbreakable cases. However this Otterbox commuter falls apart as fast or faster than a discount bin phone case.

Better manufacturing quality control

The top-clasp is missing the Edge that slides under the Clasp that locks the Plastic Edge under pressure lock on top.

I would like to speak with a person because Im interesting in purchasing a new case for my iPhone 16 Pro

The iPhone I mean the promax case got damaged and I take pictures three pictures send it to you guys already. I cant hear nothing back so Im just replying this message to you guys about it.

We put in a warranty claim and were dealt with by an extremely pleasant and courteous customer service representative. We have always purchased Otter Box products and have been very pleased.

We put in a request for warranty service & were dealt with very promptly & were extremely happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Otter Box products.

We have always used these products.

I have an OtterBox that tore and no replacement nothing was solved. Kept getting disconnected was trying to wait on hold and you hung up numerous times

My husband's phone was in a otter box and flew off of his motorcycle going 50 miles per hr and only had some scrapes on the case the phone was in perfect condtion

Called outside of office hours, I dont know if my warranty claim went through or not my number is 778898**** or cotter22@***.net

They send me a wrong iPhone case

They dont know what my iPhone 11 case size

Horrible

I am so upset with otter box

And my rubber piece is falling apart between where I put my phone in my case

I was getting in the car But my phone holder got caught and broke call otter box and they said not a problem. They would send me another one.
